Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talkdesk Resource.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Talkdesk, focusing on
basic voice and voicebot setups
Assist in the migration process to Talkdesk for a client with 70
agents
Implement simple AI bot functionalities as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience with Talkdesk and related voice technologies
Knowledge of voicebots and AI bot integration
Ability to perform basic setup tasks for system migration
Experience working in remote environments
Availability for a full-time contract role (40 hours/week)
