A company is looking for a Global Head of Sales to drive growth
through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a data-driven global sales strategy to
achieve ARR growth
Build and scale a high-performing global sales organization to
support ambitious growth goals
Lead negotiations of multi-million dollar deals with C-suite
executives while ensuring profitability
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of scaling a business from $100M to $500M in
ARR
Experience in SaaS, integration, API management, and identity
access management
Experience managing global sales teams of over 100 people
Demonstrated ability to run profitable sales motions and optimize
existing systems
Hands-on experience in understanding customer needs and market
trends
