Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to enhance
communication and project management within their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and email requests from internal sales groups and
external channel partners
Create quotes, fulfill orders, and follow up with channel
partners
Initiate follow-up on VOIP testing and procedures prior to
installation
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred
Minimum 3 years in customer support, project management, and/or
sales roles
Experience as a coordinator, customer success, project management,
or sales support
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
Tech-savvy, preferably with telecom or SaaS industry experience
