Description:General SummaryThe Cleaning Biohazard Technician is responsible for the cleaning of contents and structures affected by water, mold or fire inresidential and/or commercial buildings.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Project Team Leader with cleaning of residential and/or commercial buildings damaged by fire, water or mold.
• Remove debris from homes and buildings damaged by water, fire or mold.
• Assist with site restoration after disasters.
• Observe and/or report any deficiencies of equipment.
• Replenish supplies.
• Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor.QualificationsMinimum Education: High School diploma or equivalentMinimum Experience: One to two (1-2) months of construction, demolition or cleaning experience and/or trainingValid Driver's LicenseSkills and Specifications
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
