Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Analyst to
enhance onboarding and training for Customer Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and update onboarding curriculum for new hires in Customer
Management
Create content and learning artifacts for internal and external
processes
Leverage technology to improve content creation and knowledge
sharing
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in instructional design and developing
learning content, preferably in healthcare or technology
Functional knowledge of content development tools like Captivate
and Camtasia
Experience designing training materials in a fast-paced
environment
Undergraduate degree in communication, education, or computer
sciences preferred
Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred
