Great Title company looking for a team player who enjoys working
with clients office is fast paced but an extremely friendly office.

Primary duties will be to process and prepare residential mortgages
loans for closings per company guidelines. Company also does a lot
of short sales.
Attention to detail and great communication skills.
Order and review tax transcripts.
Order and review appraisals and title.
Clear conditions.
Prep file for submission and closing.
Provide customer service for all clients and Real estate
agents.
