Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage and
negotiate business contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate customer contracts, identifying and mitigating
risks
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure
compliance with legal standards
Maintain contract templates and track key contract deadlines and
obligations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related
field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal
review, preferably in technology
Demonstrated knowledge of contractual legal issues and risk
management
Preferred background in healthcare, legal, technology, or security
industries
Strong contract development and negotiation skills
