Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Support specialist
to assist customers with inquiries regarding mortgage products and
services.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming client calls and make outbound follow-up calls as
necessary
Document call details accurately and resolve customer
service-related issues
Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and
perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
Experience in Mortgage Industry Customer Support and Contact
Center
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
Customer service aptitude and orientation
Ability to navigate multiple information screens effectively
