Job Description:
A company is looking for an MD Telephone Adjuster (I, II, or
Sr.) to investigate and adjust automobile claims.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage,
damages, and subrogation
Determine liability and negotiate claims within authority
limits
Identify customer needs and collaborate with fraud and subrogation
teams as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2 or more years of related experience
Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required
Customer service orientation
Proficient in Word and Outlook
