Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Coordinator to support the
hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate virtual interviews, assessments, and reference calls
with Recruiters and Hiring Teams
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication
and timely follow-ups
Assist with Talent Operations tasks such as employer branding and
interview training
Required Qualifications
6-18 months of experience in talent coordination, preferably with
Engineering, Product, and Design teams
Experience working with Executive Assistants and C-level executives
for scheduling
Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS, Google Suite, and
recruitment tools like Hacker Rank and Metaview
A proactive and growth-oriented mindset
