the creation of tailored coaching experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user persona research to align coaching programs with user
needs
Assist in developing competency and talent development
frameworks
Coordinate and oversee the content creation process with
coaches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in content research, analysis, or program
development
Experience in talent development or training
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to stay current with rapidly changing technologies
