Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist in Claims Recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Review Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace claims for overpayments
and ensure provider compliance
Prepare overpayment notifications and maintain departmental reports
on outstanding payments
Research claims payments and process refunds or auto debits in
recovery applications
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED
1-3 years' experience in claims adjudication or relevant work
experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare insurance environment
with Medicaid or Managed Care
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
