Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Recapture Operations Officer
to design and implement a new business channel for mortgage
recapture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the mortgage
recapture business channel
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure
alignment and support for the channel
Monitor channel performance and make recommendations for
improvements based on data insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related
field preferred
10+ years of experience in consumer lending with demonstrated
leadership success
Strong understanding of lending products and regulatory
requirements
Experience with lending technology and digital transformation is a
plus
Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
