Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Legal, North America to lead
its legal function and provide high-quality legal advice across
various business areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the North America Legal team and support various business
functions
Advise on regulatory, compliance, intellectual property,
employment, and corporate governance matters
Focus on food law and regulatory compliance, including FDA, CFIA,
and FTC matters
Required Qualifications
Approximately 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney,
preferably in CPG/food & beverage
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in at least one US
state
In-house experience preferred but not required
Strong management and organizational skills
Improvement-driven with a hands-on approach in a fast-growing
environment
