Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead a Salesforce
scrum team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Salesforce scrum team and mentor members on Agile and
Scrum principles
Facilitate team meetings, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint
Planning, and Retrospectives
Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage Agile data and
metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5+ years managing scrum teams
Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
Technical background with exposure to Salesforce
Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian
Jira/Confluence
