Role: Siebel Engineer

Role Description: The Siebel Engineer would need to have at least 5 years of experience. This Candidate will design, develop, fix, enhance, and maintain Siebel applications.

The Siebel Engineer will also provide daily support, complete operational activities, and conduct data analysis.

Required Skills/Competencies:

- 5+ years of Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of Siebel configuration and scripting.

- Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model.

- Understanding of relational database concepts, strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge, and working knowledge of UNIX Shell Scripting.

- Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: Configuration, eScripts, EIM, EAI, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Email functionality, and System Administration.

- Previous work with Call Center, Sales, Loyalty, Marketing, or Analytics modules in Siebel version 8.1.1.11 Open UI and higher.

- Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel systems.

Education: Bachelors Degree
