Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Human Resources to drive HR
best practices and provide strategic direction for the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an HR plan aligned with the organization's
mission and strategy
Oversee HR operations, systems, and processes to support
organizational growth
Advise on talent attraction, retention, development, and succession
planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, ideally in
biotech or startup environments
Deep knowledge of HR functions and experience in HR strategy
development
Broad knowledge of state and federal legal compliance
requirements
Experience with benefits, compensation, and operational HR
matters
