Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll (Project
Lead).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for Payroll special projects and
provide solutions to stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and
develop workflows related to Payroll and Benefits
Participate in system integrations, testing, and enhancements
impacting payroll while maintaining project documentation
Required Qualifications
Payroll certification (PCP or PLP) or willingness to obtain
5+ years of experience in processing payroll and administering
employee benefits
Experience in multi-province jurisdictions in Canada, with US
payroll practices as a plus
Proficiency in HR & Payroll systems, preferably Workday
Project management experience
