Job OverviewFiona Boca Raton, part of the Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, is seeking a skilled Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen. • Conduct daily inspections of the dining room and kitchen to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Set up kitchen service stations and prepare bread and coffee according to our standards.
• Assist in setting up the dining room and maintaining its cleanliness and organization.
• Run, serve, and describe guest orders in accordance with our standards.
• Clear and restock tables, as well as remove and empty trash bins as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen service stations, including the dish area.
• Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.
• Perform opening, side-work, hand-over, and closing duties as outlined by management.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant, specifically with high volume.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Open availability and flexibility.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant.
