About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook III to join our culinary team at Pier Sixty-Six Resort. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare special meals and substitute items to meet guest needs.
  • Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations to ensure efficient service.
  • Train new staff members on preparation methods and kitchen procedures.
  • Model excellent behavior and adhere to company standards and expectations.
  • Work in a clean and organized manner, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and manage busy periods with ease.
  • Regulate kitchen equipment and maintain food quality and quantity.
  • Monitor food logs and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create daily specials and inform staff of menu changes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
