SummaryThe Physical Therapist is responsible for providing a full
range of therapy services including assessment, treatment planning
and therapeutic interventions in a team environment consistent with
the positions qualifications, professional practices and ethical
standards. The therapist shall also demonstrate accountability for
and contribution to program development, quality improvement,
problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible team
fashion. Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality therapy
services for patients in accordance with the principals and
practices of physical therapy. Develops treatment plans, supervises
assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides
quality patient care. Maintains positive level of interaction with
patients and co-workers. Performs other duties as assigned.Team

RequirementsThis job can be physically demanding at times requiring
stooping, sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.
The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and
heavy equipment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment,
work independently, making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert
and self-motivated. Ability to push/pull up to 40lbs., carry and
lift up to 50lbs.Threshold RequirementsThese threshold requirements

mandatory education requirements, in-service and health
