Job Description:
? Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the
organization?s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local
laws.
? Manages multiple projects, assignments, and initiatives with
minimal supervision.
? Works in partnership with National Account Managers and other
departments within the organization to effectively support NAM
initiatives.
? Serves as primary point of contact for National Account
customers? day to day needs.
? Assists departments within the organization in researching and
problem solving customer discrepancies and serves as a liaison,
between National Accounts and corresponding departments.
? Owns the process of managing customer store listings and customer
membership, in order to ensure all accounts are set up accurately
and updated as necessary.
? Supports the National Account Managers with New to Market Generic
launches, including but not limited to, verify customer store
listing, ensuring all licenses are current and creates all
pertinent files to manage the customer?s orders.
? Utilizes analytical skills to evaluate sales trends and to
effectively communicate trends to National Account Manager.
? Creates quarterly reviews for Account Manager?s to evaluate and
present to their National Account customers.
? Performs related duties as assigned.
Knowledge of:
? Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Food and Drug
Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements.
? Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
? Business and personal computer hardware and software
applications.
? Current Company policies and practices, including safety rules
and regulations.
Skill in:
? Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in
writing.
? Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships with
others.
? Providing excellent customers service with both internal and
external customers.
? Self-motivated and work well independently.
? Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Incumbents in this
class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing,
walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Work is
performed in an office environment.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, and
minimum of four (4) years? experience, preferably in
pharmaceuticals industry; or an equivalent combination of education
and experience. An equivalent combination of education and
experience may be substituted. Associates Degree preferred We are
