Job Title: Registered NurseParrish Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Your expertise and experience will be essential in providing education and support to patients and their families, as well as promoting a culture of safety and quality within our organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, utilizing evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
• Document patient care and outcomes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN education program (Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • State of Florida RN licensure.
