A company is looking for a Resourcing Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts and engage with client stakeholders to grow
existing accounts across multiple projects
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified
candidates, and manage the candidate journey
Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure successful
onboarding and retention of staff
Required Qualifications
Prior talent acquisition/recruitment experience
Demonstrable history of networking and relationship building
Commercially minded with a focus on delivering to objectives
Inquisitive nature with a drive to succeed
Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with
clients and staff
