Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager
to drive lead generation and enhance digital media performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize performance-based digital media campaigns and
internal platforms
Generate performance reports and track progress towards goals
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for
campaign execution and creative development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications
10-15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in paid
media campaign management
Experience with LeadConduit and performance marketing across
digital channels
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Understanding of advertising platforms including Google, Meta, and
Salesforce
