A company is looking for a Senior Principal Program Manager,
Engineering Talent Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic programs focused on engineering recruiting and
hiring initiatives
Develop program plans, manage resources, and communicate progress
to stakeholders
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of
recruiting initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management and talent
acquisition
Background in data analytics with the ability to interpret data and
identify trends
Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional programs or
projects
Familiarity with application tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment
technologies
