Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Head of Global
Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global tax strategies in collaboration with
the CFO
Oversee U.S. and international tax compliance and reporting through
third-party arrangements
Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors
while leading the tax department team
Required Qualifications and Education
Master's degree in Taxation or MBA with a concentration in
Taxation, and CPA required
Extensive experience in U.S. and international income tax
Previous leadership experience in a public company's tax
department
Knowledge of U.S. Federal, State & International income tax and
transaction tax
Experience with an outsourced tax model preferred
