Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payment Integrity
(CPC, RHIT or RHIA).
Key Responsibilities
Implement and optimize prepay and postpay medical record auditing
procedures
Oversee a team of medical record coding auditors and manage
auditing processes
Analyze reimbursement guidelines and ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of five years of experience in medical policy and
management
Health plan experience is required
Certification as a Medical Coder (CPC, RHIT, or RHIA) is
required
Minimum of three years managing medical record auditing
processes
