A company is looking for a Provider Utilization Management Rep
Sr.
Key Responsibilities
Manage provider capacity requirements, recruiting efforts, and
onboarding processes
Analyze provider utilization data and make recommendations for
improvements
Conduct utilization meetings to recognize provider performance and
address issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent
experience
4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables and
V-Lookups), and experience with Tableau
Knowledge or experience in provider or healthcare management
preferred
