Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complaints Program Manager,
Regulatory to oversee and improve their complaints handling process
in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complaints programs end to end to ensure regulatory
readiness and compliance
Lead platform-specific complaints programs, focusing on
enforcement, monitoring, and resolution
Continuously improve user-facing workflows to streamline operations
for compliance with laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrated project management experience
Experience with complaints-specific programs and US consumer
protection laws
Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced, high-growth
environments
Strong analytical skills with a focus on using metrics for
decision-making
Experience in operationalizing and scaling cross-functional
programs
