Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Success Engineer to assist
customers in utilizing their product for cross-channel
notifications.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in the platform to assist developers
effectively
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers throughout
their lifecycle
Create technical content to showcase best practices and specific
use cases
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a developer support engineer or similar
role
Experience working at a developer tools company is preferred
Strong technical generalist with knowledge of product features and
architecture
Prior development experience with languages such as JavaScript,
Ruby, Python, Go, or Java
