Job Description:
for a Real Estate Closer -Reviewing Title and curing any and all
title issues.
-Review legal descriptions & HOA estoppel/city lien searches.
-Contact agent, buyer attorneys (if any) buyer and sellers.
-Order Surveys and input all information in LandTech.
-Educated in reading and resolving issues of a title
commitment.
-Understanding of Notes, Mortgages and other recorded
documents.
-Communications skills and time management a must.
-2+ years experience in Real Estate processing
MUST HAVE WORKED FOR A TITLE COMPANY IN THE LAST THREE YEARS AS A
