Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to
assist customers in effectively utilizing their software to meet
business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical consultative application support for
core software modules
Document service requests and replicate customer challenges using
remote access tools
Mentor team members and lead collaborative efforts to resolve
customer issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of technical customer support experience in a software
environment
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, MS
Office, and Salesforce
Prior knowledge or experience in the legal finance sector or
similar financial systems
Experience with Elite software is required
